Triathlon Training Camp with Ben Hoffman
The Cycling House is inviting you to train with 2x Ironman National Champion triathlete Ben Hoffman.
Ben has been tearing up the race course over the past couple of years: Ironman St. George Champion, Ironman Champion Lake Placid 2010, Ironman Boise 70.3 Champion 2011, Ironman Muncie 70.3 Champion 2011. Cycling will be the focus of the camp, and we’ll have several great trail runs lined up and a few swim sessions on tap. Ben will answer questions like how to fuel for an ironman or what’s the best training plan for someone racing more than once in a month? Of course, all of this knowledge and hard work adds up to make you faster and more competitive come race day. Finally, you’ll get the litany of TCH services as well- great food, fully supported rides, bike assembly, airport shuttles, and lots of fun! Come join TCH and Ben in Tucson and see what makes a pro. Please note, Cycling is the main focus of this camp so cyclists are welcomed to join!
January 4th – 9th, 2014

A note from Ben Hoffman regarding his camp at The Cycling House
“Now that the winter weather is rapidly encroaching on the Northern Hemisphere, I wanted to remind everyone of the triathlon/cycling camp that I will be running with The Cycling House in Tucson, Arizona, this January 4-9th. If you have never been to one of these camps, or ridden in Tucson, or even if you already have, you need to be here for this event. Tucson is a wonderful place to get in some great riding and soak in some sunshine in the dead of winter. There aren’t many people that pack the kind of knowledge that The Cycling House does when it comes to putting on an enjoyable and memorable camp. For more information, and booking, swing by the site and get ahold of the staff.”
