Emily Kipp

Upon graduating in fall of 2010 from the University of Montana, with a Bachelor of science in exercise physiology, Emily toured the coast by bike from Portland to San Diego. If asked what her favorite part of the trip was, her reply is simple, “just riding my bike everyday.” Her answer reflects her passion for riding, but sells short the less-than-ideal conditions she endured during the soggy 1400-mile trek through the Pacific Northwest winter. Emily spent the last 4 years as the go-to employee for one of Missoula, MT’s finest bike shops. During her time off she is known to capitalize on Montana’s vast array of outdoor activities. Whether she is ripping trail on the mountain bike or running 32 miles (w/Anya) along the Continental Divide trail, she is happiest out testing her limits. On the contrary, she appreciates a delicilous beer on tap. You can also find her in the kitchen, sipping on wine and cooking a feast as she is incredibly competent in the kitchen. Kipp loves being outside running, swimming and cycling… a perfect fit for The Cycling House.
